Tonight we’ve helped curate U.R. Our Hope’s fundraiser at Upstairs on Trinity, pairing the organization with alt-country singer-songwriter Kathryn Legendre, who we’ve raved about on the site, as well as avant-indie enchantress Les RAV and live hip-hop band GidZillah as well as DJ Versus. Local organizations Karaoke Underground and Inspire Pro have provided excellent entertainment packages for a silent auction, with a private karaoke party and a season pass coupled with a wrestler meet-and-greet respective. And there will be pieces donated by local artists and merchants for auction, too. It’s a great event for a great cause and we hope to see everyone out there! There is no cover, but U R Our Hope has asked people to donate what they can at the door.
