A burst of horrible weather may have shut down a lot of Austin this weekend, but it didn’t stop the 2nd Street Soundcheck Festival from providing brave Austinites with a great wintry block party. With a diverse, action packed line-up featuring the likes of Digital Wild, KP and the Boom Boom, T Bird and the Breaks, the Nightowls, Tinnarose and Wildcat Apollo, Soundcheck was the place to be if you weren’t buried beneath a pile of blankets. If you missed out on the fun, though, don’t fret– our photographer Joshua Kamnetz was in attendance and caught so many great moments we’ve had to spread his photos out across two posts.
