Knifight’s Nick Garrison and John Hetherington have been making music on the side as Wasted Fangs for nearly five years now, deviating from Knifight’s dark wave with some folk-inflected rock. The pair will be unveiling a batch of releases in the coming months, but up first is “Balconies,” which has already gotten play on the show Reign and now has an appropriately cinematic video courtesy of Chris Corona. Featuring a Francophile take on Austin as a man searches for a lost companion, the video drives home the longing and hope at the center of the track.
