Austin’s most volatile insturmental duo NGHT HCKLRS are starting off 2017 with some ambitious plans, including their own cartoon and not one but three EP’s. The first of those EP’s is HaHaHaHaHaHaHa, a buzzy, percussive blast of danceable chaos, akin to an instrumental Run the Jewels.
