Gloomy Austin dark wave act Knifight sent us an intriguing remix they did for …And We All Die, a new project from Eleventh Hour’s Burt Estes, with help from One-Eyed Doll’s Jason Rufuss Sewell. The remixed track is “Bodhisattva,” the original of which features Knifight’s John Gable in a decidedly more hardcore than normal mode. In their remix Knifight go a different route, turning the song into a club friendly number that bears little similarity to the original. The rest of the remix EP features contributions from such heavyweights as Bauhaus’ Daniel Ash, Butthole Surfers’ Paul Leary and is due out on Friday, May 27th.
