Earlier this week we got an interesting e-mail from Stephanie Chavez, one of the people behind Woven Feet, a dance collaborative based out of Austin that works with artists for live performances and videos, asking if we’d like to premiere a new video she directed for avant trip-hopper Meganoke. It’s a simple but beautiful video that emphasizes the water logged dreaminess of Meganoke’s music by turning her into a water nymph, singing while floating, her dress flowing with the water, her make-up color matched to its tones. It’s about as perfect a combination of music and art as you could get, and we’re excited to share it with you.
