“Humming” is a fitting title for Holiday Music’s new single– the vocals are nearly indecipherable but damn if you aren’t stuck humming the fuzzed out melody before the psych-pop track is over. Zooming along on a buoyant rhythm, with walls of flanger guitar padding out the mix, “Humming” is a glimpse at what Wavves would have sounded like if he was more obsessed with Swell Maps than himself, all that bratty energy balanced out by a carnival sounds induced tummy ache.
