Exclusive Video Premiere: Fort Never “Home Song”

Fort Never is the handle producer Timothy Ruch goes by, but recently it has morphed into more of a trio, with Chantell Moody handling vocal duties while Deano Cotè tackles drums. The trio decided to go childishly domestic for their new Kiel Hames’ directed video “Home Song,” building themselves a real Fort Never to perform an acoustic rendering of “Home Song” in. That’s a perfect fit for the song, with its somber and reflective take on finding a place to call your own with people you love and cherish. But this quirky video isn’t the only creative expression Fort Never is utilizing to promote their new work. The group will also be performing this Thursday, September 22nd at Cheer Up Charlie’s with cohorts NGHT HCKLRS and the Cerulean Trade as well as Ovrld faves Lou Rebecca, Tres Oui, Mobley and more, and as if that wasn’t enough incentive, they’ll also be doing a lottery giveaway with prizes like a guest list spot for life, a dinner with Fort Never featuring a menu by Hillside Farmacy’s Sonya Cote, a custom made song by the band and much more.
